Field Sales Executive

What You Have:

·        Relevant professional experience in Sales/ Business Development, preferable in Air & Sea Forwarding, Logistics or in a related Industry

·        Good interpersonal and communication skills

·        Strong presentational skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in an easy to understand way

·        Great negotiating skills, commercial awareness and solid understanding of the Forwarding Industry

·        Numeracy, ability to think on your feet and solve problems

·        Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Romanian and English

What You Bring:

·        Bachelor’s Degree

·        Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Force

·        Clean driving license

What You Will Do:

·        Acquiring new businesses and increase profitability

·        Retaining and developing existing customers

·        Achieving of business targets by managing the relevant field sales territory

·        Identifying customers’ needs, analyze and solve potential issues

·        Promoting DHL core products combined with customer-centric tailor made solutions

·        Projecting DHL’s commitment for service excellence and promoting its image

·        Ensure that all relevant information about existing and potential customers are updated in line with regional and local requirements

·        Prepare reports and statistics of activities with the required accuracy and timeframe
