What You Have:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiating abilities and a sense of commercial awareness
• Capability to think quickly and address challenges
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
• Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Force

Key responsibilities include:

• Work on closing sales through negotiations and ensuring customer satisfaction, while focusing on attracting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
• Help generate and follow up on leads by identifying potential customers and understanding their needs, with a strong focus on prospecting.
• Communicate with customers by answering questions and providing information about our services, including sending requests and proposals.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty, balancing efforts between acquiring new clients and a bit of farming.
• Keep customer databases and sales records updated with accurate information.
• Aim to meet sales goals set by the company.
• Stay informed about new services and features to better assist customers.
