DHLis seeking an experienced Transport Clerk to play a vital role ensuring smooth-running of all transport scheduled activities.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Manage customer proof of deliveries for scanning/uploading and action missing proof of deliveries and return
• Contact hauliers about delivery issues, raise incident reports and agree corrective actions
• Arrange same-day deliveries as require
• Daily brief and de-brief of drivers
• To suport the network to ensure the operation is complying as per Earned Recogntion, DHL Policies and Expert in Legal Compliance.
• Monitor and maintain Legal and DHL compliance for all operating centres across the Travis Perkins Contract

• Previous administrational roles
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office) - essential
• Able to communicate at all levels, internally and externally
• Tachomaster knowledge (desirable )
• Ability to follow operational, legal and H&S procedures
• Knowledge in Process, Dispatching outbound loads, final quality check on site if pallets on hold, correct trailer being taken
