Responsibilities:


• Implement business development plans and processes to achieve targeted customer growth and revenue goals.
• Manage complex projects to develop new business and increase DHL's visibility among selected prospects.
• Conduct market studies and feasibility assessments to evaluate market potential and analyze target groups.
• Prospect new business development opportunities through market research and marketing initiatives.
• Initiate contact with prospects, identify decision-makers, and understand their strategic challenges.
• Assess prospective customer needs and align them with DHL's services.
• Develop leads, prepare complex proposals, and conduct negotiations to close deals.
• Maintain relationships with prospects and key accounts, coordinating team activities.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate customer requests and promoted services.
• Stay informed about key trends impacting business development plans.
• Continuously enhance business development techniques and effectively resolve problems.
• Provide support to less experienced team members, offering direction and guidance as needed.


Requirements:


• Expertise in New Business Development, Account Management, Selling, Persuasion, Customer Value Proposition, Contract Negotiation, Sales Forecasting, Revenue Growth, Project Management, Influencing, and Presentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
• Fluent English.
• Strong Excel skills.
