Job Purpose

An Administrative Clerk at NetPlanner Systems, Inc. provides support and organization to the Accounting Department. Data entry and organization are primary responsibility, however other tasks can be assigned over time. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Organize paperwork.
  • Receive mail, invoices, and payments.
  • Accomplish tasks and projects as assigned
  • Send out check run in the mail.
  • Data entry in company databases.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work space.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • CRM experience a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
