Overview:
Sales compensation management is a key driver of sales force success. As part of Preciselys FP&A Global Commissions team, you will work closely with sales operations, sales leadership and finance to deliver best-in-class sales incentive management process. As a Commission Analyst, you will be responsible for administering and managing sales commission plans in the Xactly system to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations.
