Function of Position:
The Data and Compliance Program Coordinator II is primarily responsible for data collection, reporting and grant compliance of the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Agency Semi-Conductor Technical Hub project titled "Semiconductor Talent and Employer Partnership in Upstate (STEP UP) New York". This position will collect, analyze and interpret data and present findings for use in reporting, performance/impact and planning, project assessment, and decision-making related to the advancement of the regional Technical Hub. The position monitors project implementation, conducts project-based data analysis and prepares reports, oversees sub-award compliance and other associated contracts, implements data collection plan in coordination and collaboration with Tech Hub's Regional Innovation Office. The position responsibilities are dedicated to grant-funded work related to developing the semi-conductor ecosystem across upstate NY and associated sub-awards.
This position is funded by a multi-year, Federal grant through 09/30/2029, as such MCC deems this position as temporary in nature. Annual re-appointment is subject to employee performance and continued grant funding.
*This is a temporary position that may be renewed annually contingent upon availability of college budget and performance reviews. This position is eligible for paid time off and benefits.

Salary: Salary is determined based on experience, internal equity and college budget. This position has a range of $55,035 to $60,300 and is based on these mentioned factors.
