JobSummary:

The Digital Manager will continueto drive the success of EDG DIGITAL. As a member of the senior leadership teamand reporting to the Global Digital Business Manager, the role will drivegrowth and execution excellence across the digital portfolio. This is a dynamicseller-doer role responsible for driving both the acquisition of new businessand execution of project/consulting engagements. The candidate will manage andsupport study delivery across the portfolio of EDG services and will also driveinternal development of approaches, systems and solutions across EDG.

JobDuties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operationsof the EDG DIGITAL team in North America

• Drive growth in the region byproactively finding and maturing opportunities for the Digital team inconjunction with the broader EDG team

• Adopt a strategic mindset todevelop and define the digital strategy for the region in consultation with theglobal leadership team

• Consult and support thedevelopment and review of commercial proposals in coordination with operationsand business development;

• Leads consulting activities withclients to frame problem statements, ideate options, prioritize initiatives anddevelop implementation roadmaps based on sound business plans and KPIs

• Provides leadership to clientproject teams to deliver digital outcomes across operational disciplines

• Delivers technical outcomes aspart of projects with a focus on agile delivery, deep domain expertise andpragmatic solutions

• Focal point for internaltechnical initiatives and drives development of solutions across the EDG portfolio

• Creation of thought leadershiparticles and development of relevant insights

• Represent EDG at conferences andtrade events to highlight the capabilities of the digital group

• Interacts directly with clienton all project and technical matters

• Support business development andliaise directly with clients for the development of proposals

Qualifications(Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

Basicor Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ChemicalEngineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science,or similar discipline;

• Fifteen (15) plus years oftechnical engineering and/or consulting experience in asset intensiveindustries;

• Ten (10) plus years of businessmanagement experience with P&L responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge inengineering and operational requirements of industries and broad knowledge ofconsulting, change management, supply chain, and project economics;

• Proven record of development anddelivery of digital solutions, asset digitization systems, and strategicconsulting services

• Experience with digital systemframing, development, configuration and deployment including use casedevelopment and prioritization, roadmap construction and business casedevelopment

• Sound knowledge of digital toolsand techniques including database management, machine learning and data science

• Skill in oral and writtencommunication;

• Strong organizational skillsrelated to engineering activities.

• Exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills;

• Ability to interact and collaboratewith peers across the organization;

• Requires the ability andavailability to travel offsite as required.

• Master's degree in ChemicalEngineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science,or similar discipline;

WorkingConditions:

• Work is primarily conducted inan office environment (Private or Semi-Private Office) but also requiresoccasional travel to off-site work locations;

• Field duties require outdoorwork in a construction site type atmosphere;

• Interaction with other teammembers, as well as supervisors and client personnel;

• Working on a construction siteor in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noiselevels

• Must be able to wear safetyequipment as required by the safety department for personal protection;

• May be at more than one job sitein a day and must be able to tolerate climate changes;

• May be required to travel out oftown on a periodic basis.

PhysicalRequirements (With or without Reasonable Accommodation):

• Must be able to lift and carry five(5) pounds;

• Sufficient clarity of speech andhearing or other communication capabilities which permits employee tocommunicate effectively;

• Ability to sit for prolongedperiods of time;

• Sufficient vision or otherpowers of observation which permits employee to conduct analysis andinvestigations;

• Sufficient manual dexteritywhich permit the employee to perform routine office duties;

• Sufficient personal mobility andphysical reflexes to perform office duties and travel when necessary tooff-site locations.
