Job Summary
The Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration (ADFA) provides strategic leadership for the financial, administrative, and human resource functions of the College of Arts & Sciences. The ADFA is responsible for overseeing budget planning, resource allocation and managing multiple funding sources to ensure alignment with institutional goals while ensuring compliance with university policies.

This role supervises the College’s Business Center, provides leadership in HR and payroll oversight, and partners with various university offices to ensure efficient and effective operations. The ADFA leverages data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and forecast financial impacts. In addition, the ADFA fosters a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and professional development throughout the College, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the College’s mission.
