Job Summary
The Executive Assistant for the Center for Clinical & Translational Science (CCTS) provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Director and leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination across a complex and dynamic research environment. This role manages executive calendar and travel logistics, oversees critical communications, and acts as the primary liaison between the Office of the Director and internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include project and event management, preparation of high-impact materials (e.g., reports, presentations, grant support), document repository oversight, and support for cross-functional initiatives.

In addition, the role ensures operational excellence across the CCTS, supporting over 85 team members and contributing to organizational development efforts. This includes standardizing professional communications, facilitating strategic initiatives, managing internal staff processes (recruitment, orientation, performance), and representing CCTS in planning and communications groups. The Executive Assistant exercises sound administrative judgment, fosters professional consistency, and serves as a dependable point of coordination to advance the mission and visibility of the Center.
