Physical Requirements
Regularly requires sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time and repetitive motions. Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull decedents up to 300 lbs. Ability to use hoyer lift to move decedents.
Shift
630pm-7am (36 hours a week); holidays and weekends are required and overtime may be offered depending on the departments needs.

Additionally, you are ensuring compliance with Kentucky State Law and Federal requirements. As a Decedent Affairs Representative you are not just performing a job; you are providing direct handling of deceased individuals and essential support and care that families will remember long after they leave our facility.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
EPIC, Proficiency in Windows-based PC skills and Microsoft office, Decedent Documentation Database, Excellent listening and communication skills and excellent customer service
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience
High school diploma/GED required but a Associates degree in health-related field or mortuary sciences preferred
