Responsibilities

  • Define, guide and execute the VanillaDirect product development strategy, customizing platform features as necessary to meet partner and retailer needs. 
  • Collaborate with product, sales, account management, marketing, finance and accounting to launch new product offerings and drive adoption.
  • Lead integrations with leading industry players to deliver differentiated product offerings and expand the VanillaDirect network.
  • Help design and architect new API’s and integrations with external systems to launch new solutions.
  • Lead engineering teams on a day-to-day basis to build high quality products & technical services.
  • Define clear success metrics and supporting teams to achieve them.
  • Responsible for evaluating and vetting potential upgrades and exploring various options, internally and externally, to develop practical solutions.
  • Researching transactions and investigating retailer/partner inquiries.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related field required. 
  • 5 years of project/product management experience in tech industry is required.
  • Track record of developing and launching new products in the FinTech area.
  • Past experience working with leading FinTech Providers.
  • Experience in managing software development projects.
  • Practical knowledge of AWS ecosystem. Having AWS Business Professional accreditation is a plus.
  • Experience analyzing data in SQL, SPLUNK, and Amazon QuickSight is desired.
  • Valid Project Management Professional certification is desired.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize various initiatives and multi-task, to include highly detailed work into configurations and transaction research.
  • Must be an agile team player, capable of working remotely and independently to deliver results.
  • Confident communicator capable of carrying conversations with internal and external stakeholders on the cash-in program.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and work management software such as JIRA.
