HME is recruiting for a Manager, Training and Talent Development. The Manager, Training and Talent Development, plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational performance by working across multiple talent areas. This includes identifying critical workforce requirements such as skills, competencies, and performance outcomes necessary to achieve current and future business results. Key responsibilities encompass career development, talent assessment, performance management, employee engagement, workforce and succession planning, and leadership assessment and development.

Pay Range: $112,700 - $150,200 per annum. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
