Job responsibilities:

  • Inspect all incoming products in accordance with the check-process-verify
  • Ensure parts are protected and palletized correctly to avoid damage, scratches, dings and dents.
  • Inspect finished parts to written procedures and standards before moving part to the next operation. 
  • Responsibility and authority to sign off quality steps.
  • Assistance and/or ownership of Ship List.
  • Performs other duties, provides support and coverage on all operations as requested by supervisor. Cross training and flexibility required. 
  • Cross trained to support the Graphics department.
  • Cross trained to support the Hardware department (minimum level I)
  • Performs all duties using required safety procedures and equipment according to company policies and practices within guidelines of ISO standards, quality, and safety.
  • Maintains clean and organized work area that supports co-workers as well as safety and efficiency. 
  • Engages, initiates, and suggest initiatives that support team goals and continuous improvement in process. 
  • Communicates effectively within other departments to relay key information. Open to and asks for suggestions of others regarding production issues and goals.
