We’re looking for an OTC Resolution Specialist for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is full-time. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused OTC Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end resolution of customer billing complaints, ensuring timely and accurate fixes aligned with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will play a key role in identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order-to-cash lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer billing issues across the OTC (Order-to-Cash) process.
  • Take full ownership of issue resolution—from initial intake to final communication and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Order Management, and RevOps) to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Monitor and manage assigned cases, ensuring compliance with tight SLA timelines.
  • Analyze recurring issues to drive process improvements and prevent future errors.
  • Document resolution steps and update internal knowledge bases as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and clear communication throughout the resolution process.
  • Use CRM (Salesforce) and billing systems (Sage Intacct) to track, analyze, and resolve discrepancies.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Management information Systems, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience

  • Strong interest in quote-to-cash processes and operational problem solving.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills for investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn CRM and billing systems (such as Salesforce and Sage Intacct).

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
