How you will make an impact:

You will play a crucial role in a product authentication manufacturing business by ensuring the seamless preparation and maintenance of essential prepress components. By managing the recovery and finishing of rollers, manufacturing ink, and supplying wiping solutions, you will directly impact the efficiency and quality of the printing process. Adherence to safety, environmental, and security standards, along with participation in problem-solving and cost-saving initiatives, further enhances operational excellence. Your attention to detail and ability to perform high-precision tasks contribute to the production of secure and reliable authentication products. Overall, this role supports the business's commitment to delivering high-quality, secure products to its clients.

• Process RFT and Yield
• Process OTIF
• Follow department standard procedures including those regarding safety, environment and security
• Participate in problem solving and root cause analysis
• Contribute to generation of cost saving ideas
• Carry out AM tasks as per indicated schedule
• Update process documents in paper and electronic format

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Required:

• Microsoft ECDL
• Read/Write technical standard operating procedures
• Use of SPC tools and control plans
• Has an eye for detail and able to carry out high precision tasks under pressure and within a timely manner
• Quality awareness
• HSE and Security acumen
• Need to be able to manually lift 25kg load where necessary and according to
