Clinical Research Coordinator II
The department of Surgery, Division of Surgical Oncology is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Pancreatic Research team. Coordinator will manage clinical research and outcomes projects for Drs. Zureikat, Paniccia, Lee, and Dubrovsky. Primary responsibilities include managing regulatory documents, coordinating weekly tumor board and research meetings, triaging project and data requests. Candidate will work closely with a team of visiting scholars to accomplish team goals. Candidate should have a bachelors degree in a science related field, coordinator experience preferred.
Conducts research assessments on study participants. Assists with and adheres to Institutional Review Board (IRB) renewal, modification, and approved protocols. Assists with training staff. Ensures adherence to protocols and corrects issues with data collection.
Coordinator will be responsible for regulatory documents, running weekly meetings, data input/export, and organizing multiple projects within the Pancreatic Research team. Blood processing may be required depending on workflow and staffing.
Minimal physical effort required. Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
