WHAT YOU WILL DO

Tasks Include but not limited to :

  • Ensure the site remains clean, safe, and presentable throughout the day

  • Communicate regularly with the client and our internal operations team to ensure satisfaction

  • Take the lead in day-to-day cleaning tasks while guiding and supporting fellow team members

  • Monitor and order cleaning supplies and consumables to keep things running smoothly

  • Clean and monitor all critical and assigned areas

What It Takes To Be Successful
  • Experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility services (leadership experience is a big plus!)

  • Strong proficient verbal/written communication and organizational skills

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Someone who takes ownership and pride in their work

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 years custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferred
