Executive Assistant
Serves as the primary support to executive level roles and/or departments and acts as liaison and ensures confidentiality of high-level, sensitive information. Manages office workflow. Assists with strategic planning processes and administrative goals and priorities. Prepares budgetary functions and plans special events.
The Division of Geriatric Medicine is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Division Chief, Associate Chiefs of Research, and a distinguished physician scientist. This role involves partnering with division leadership to develop and implement academic programs, including content creation, marketing strategies, and financial planning.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, technologically savvy, and committed to contributing to the success of the division through exceptional administrative support, teamwork, and the ability to handle dynamic and challenging environments.
Extended periods of sitting while working at a computer, attending meetings, or performing administrative duties.
Intermittent standing and walking, particularly when coordinating schedules, delivering documents, or escorting guests.
Occasional lifting and carrying of office supplies, files, and equipment, typically weighing up to 20 pounds.
Fine motor skills for typing, using office machinery, and handling paperwork.
Travel and mobility when running errands, attending off-site meetings, or assisting with event logistics.
