Program Manager Facilities Services – National Security - Military veterans preferred

Intrepid Global Solutions (Intrepid) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Program Manager to join our National Security, Engineering, and Technology Solutions (NSETS) business unit. This position will serve as a key member of the NSETS business unit leadership team and will be responsible for a 20 FTE team providing facility services to National Security customers.

The Program Manager will have overall program management responsibilities ensuring program health in scope, financials, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, customer satisfaction, and contract growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Overall program management of the 20 FTE personnel
• Monitoring cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs
• Ensuring program is staffed with qualified personnel
• Overseeing the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and programs
• Ensuring that management and contract reports are accurate before submission
• Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the supervisor and staff.
• Provide a variety of administrative support in reviewing and maintaining project documentation and deliverables to the customer, editing documentation, providing public works and work management support in service order dispatching, and coordinating reporting and work order activity.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field from an accredited university
• 5 years of experience in project management
• 10 years of experience supporting facility management services
• 5 years or experience supporting National Security programs
• Successful track record of leading and managing programs in similar scope areas

CERTIFICATIONS:

• PMP certification desired

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmental Information (TS/SCI) Yankee White security clearance
