About the role:
As a Product Manager for TQL you will improve existing and developing new products that support TQL's overall strategy and goals. You will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with business partners to ensure product goals are met.

What you'll be doing:
- Determine customer's needs via market research, supported by ongoing visits to internal and external customers
- Specify nature and scope of present and future product lifecycle processes for products, from inception to post implementation reviews
- Create, regularly update, and carefully communicate the customer technologies and process improvement roadmap
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure TQL's offerings are best in class
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue and ROI
- Develop and maintain all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks and project meeting minutes
- Collaborate closely with the appropriate business partners on the development, QA, and release of products while balancing resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Work closely with TQL's Marketing team in creating sales and customer focused marketing materials that assist in customer acquisition and account penetration
What you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Product or project management experience extremely desirable
- Thorough understanding of common transportation industry practices and procedures
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation skills
- Impeccable organization skills
- Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Committed to high quality outcomes
- Extreme ownership and accountability habits
