YOUR TASKS

Conducting technical and aviation-related training and instructions – including their creation and updating.

  • Design training content (customer-specific, dock and workshop areas, personnel authorized to release) in a subject-specific manner, coordinate with relevant departments, and conduct training sessions (across departments, including other locations).
  • Develop training and informational materials (technology, regulations, processes, IT applications) ensuring compliance with current aviation laws and administrative regulations.
  • Conduct training/instructions according to process and quality standards.
  • Advise employees (technology, regulations, processes) and provide information on processes and their qualifications.
  • Ensure and optimize the process quality of MOE/CAME.
  • Participate in the creation of training procedures and support designated assessors, evaluators, and trainees.
  • Conduct training and instructions for GESE.
  • Coordinate and administer training activities.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Aviation-related degree and several years of relevant professional experience, or many years of relevant professional experience in an MRO.
  • At least three years of professional experience in aircraft maintenance in a Part 145 MRO.
  • Completed Train the Trainer course or a training certificate with relevant professional experience.
  • Knowledge of aviation law, especially Part 145, Part 147, Part CAMO, and Part 66.
  • Trainer qualification for Part 147 is desirable.
  • Knowledge and expertise in designing courses that promote learning.
  • Very good knowledge of company regulations and the required parts of the MOE is desirable.
  • Very good knowledge of German.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong social competence and communication skills, even in conflict situations and for knowledge transfer.
  • Confident demeanor, flexibility, and team spirit.
  • Independent, results-oriented working style.
  • High level of service orientation.
  • Analytical and structured thinking ability.
  • High degree of self-initiative.
  • Strong conceptual skills.
  • Very good physical resilience.
