Your responsibilities:


Within 18 months, you will be well prepared for the next career step within DHL Supply Chain. During the development program, you are going to work within different areas in LLP structures. You will get a chance to work closely with our business and operations.


During the traineeship, you will get different jobs in various departments:


  • I stage (6 months) — Onboarding + Junior Transport Planner
  • II stage  (6 months) and III stage (6 months) — you will get the opportunity to prove yourself in roles  of Junior Data Analyst and Junior Supply Chain Optimisation Specialist
  • Final role —  Supply Chain Optimisation Specialist

Requirements:


We recruit fast-learning and visionary young potentials with a hands-on mindset and ”can-do” attitude, who take initiative and are constantly looking for improvements in their area. This translates into the following skills and competences:

  • Graduated Bachelor or Master in: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering and /or Business Administration,
  • English at B2 level or higher - requirement
  • Interested in logistics, data analysis and supply chain optimisation, with well-developed business acumen,
  • Analytical, eager to strive for the best result every day, communicative, proactive, energetic and ready to take on challenges are traits that suit you well,
  • Willing to work full time,
  • Previous logistics experience gained through internships or apprenticeships will be an advantage.
