Client Care Coordinator
Join our dynamic team at DHL Supply Chain as a Customer Service Representative, acting as the frontline interface for our customers in the EMEA region. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasionally over the phone, all while working in shifts to uphold our global customer service standards.
Main tasks and key responsibilities:
Efficiently respond to customer queries through various channels (email, chat, phone, ticketing system).
Responsible for operating within our order and transport management systems to ensure efficient logistics and order fulfillment
Own and manage customer engagement and interactions.
Ensure that service level agreements are consistently met.
Communicate positively with all involved parties, including central, local, and satellite warehouses.
Follow established processes to raise and resolve customer inquiries.
Provide regular reports and monitor warehouse inventory in the order management system.
What you should bring to the team:
Upper Intermediate English language proficiency.
Willingness to work in shifts and weekends.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
High emotional intelligence and strong verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and punctuality.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is a plus.
