Responsibilities

  • Programming, space planning, design of spaces and finishes, FF&E selection, documentation, editing specifications, producing deliverable drawing sets for finish plans, interior elevations, room finish schedules, furniture plans, and interior details.
  • Independently performs modeling and detailing or documentation.
  • Independently performs cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teammates.
  • Conduct site investigations and observations.
  • Prepare narratives, design presentations, boards, drawing and specification documents in accordance with a high degree of quality, working within project schedule and budget constraints.
  • Independently performs construction administration.
  • Assisting with marketing/business development activities.
  • Attends client and internal meetings.
  • Conduct presentations.
  • Occasional travel for project related activities relative to existing building assessments/investigations, client meetings, or construction jobsite observations may be required.




  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a 4 year accredited program in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • NCIDQ certified preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with computer software including AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
