Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate operational requirements into automation blueprints.
Optimize and train ML models within UiPath AI Center to improve confidence scores and reduce human validation needs.
Lead code reviews and mentor mid-level developers on best practices, framework usage (REFramework), and document-centric automation.
Build modular, reusable components for integration with APIs, databases (SQL/Oracle), and enterprise systems.
Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for key automation initiatives—from design through deployment and monitoring.
Ensure processes are built for auditability, security compliance (HIPAA, FISMA), and performance.
Maintain technical documentation including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and testing protocols.
Collaborate with infrastructure and DevSecOps teams to optimize unattended bot performance in orchestrated environments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).

Deep understanding of intelligent OCR, NLP, and validation station best practices.
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, orchestrator scheduling, and error handling for large-scale automation.
Proficiency in Python, VB.NET, or JavaScript; experience integrating REST APIs and handling secure tokens.
Strong collaboration and mentoring skills; able to elevate technical standards within the development team.
