Qualifications* you will bring to the table:

  • Associates degree or higher degree in related business fields
  • 0-5 years of experience in the Architecture Engineering industry, or related field
  • Vantagepoint, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Outlook
  • Budgetary and time management skills
  • Understanding scheduling, basic budgeting, accounting skills, and the ability to collaborate and communicate with other team members
  • Attention to detail and a high level of organization

As a Team Member at Cushing Terrell, you will*

  • Assist the Project Manager with planning, coordinating, communicating, and maintaining the project schedule
  • Participate in project coordination, contract, and agreement proceedings
  • Assist with project onboarding, project setup, and time allocation
  • Assist Project Managers with the development of documents such as
  • project fee proposals
  • Manage project directory files
  • Manage project documentation to include scanning, editing, proofreading, printing, distribution, and record keeping
  • Web research
  • Collaborate closely with design leaders and teams
  • Coordinate, organize, and manage the QC document management process
  • Produce/edit project documents for distribution
  • Produce and track various job-specific reports, spreadsheets and documents as requested by PM (CO, COR, RVI, RFP, change directives, field reports, meeting minutes, punch lists, other)
  • Assist with team travel
  • Coordinate with Project Managers on Cushing Terrells project billing and accounts receivable

*The majority of the time, a person in this role will be sitting in an office with limited physical requirements. This may require individuals to bend, stretch, twist, and reach.

Your pay

The salary for this position is based on the location/s posted. If you are a candidate living outside of (this region/these regions), we still encourage you to apply as salary ranges may differ across states/cities/job markets.

  • Expected Range*: $50,000 to $60,000
  • The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus

*The actual salary offered for the role will be determined based on various factors including but not limited to; years of experience, certifications, location, level of job-related knowledge, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law).
