Responsibilities

  • Conduct site investigations and observations.
  • Prepare narratives, design presentations, boards, drawing and specification documents in accordance with a high degree of quality, balancing project schedule and budget constraints.
  • Assignments will include programming, space planning, design of spaces and finishes, FF&E selection, documentation and bid evaluation, editing specifications, producing deliverable drawing sets for finish plans, interior elevations, room finish schedules, furniture plans, and interior details.
  • May perform and review modeling and detailing or documentation.
  • Leads cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teammates.
  • Independently performs construction administration.
  • Supports marketing/business development activities.
  • Travel for project related activities relative to existing building assessments/investigations, client meetings, or construction jobsite observations may be required.
  • Technical ability /oversight and QA/QC responsibilities.
  • Provides leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Attends client and internal meetings.
  • Conduct presentations.
  • Participates in project team interviews for pursuits.




  • 10+ years of experience.
  • 4-year Accredited Program- Interior Design and/or Architecture Program
  • NCIDQ certified preferred.
