We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and results-oriented Strategic Support Analyst to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the AIEG leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in facilitating the daily functions of senior leaders, ensuring operational efficiency, and enabling leadership to maintain focus on strategic priorities.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Deliver high-level administrative support to members of the AIEG leadership group, ensuring the seamless execution of daily responsibilities and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage complex calendars, including the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and high-level engagements; coordinate logistics, prepare agendas, and arrange travel by established Army policies and internal procedures.
- Serve as a strategic gatekeeper, effectively managing and prioritizing incoming requests to protect the time and attention of senior leaders across both internal and external channels.
- Draft, review, and disseminate executive correspondence; function as the primary liaison between leadership and a range of stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and internal personnel.
- Coordinate and execute key meetings (including PMRs), department communications, and special briefings; ensure information flows efficiently and documentation is maintained with exceptional accuracy and integrity.
- Support various projects and strategic initiatives by conducting research, preparing reports, developing presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet defined milestones and deliverables.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality while handling sensitive or classified materials; consistently represent leadership and the organization with professionalism and discretion.
- Exhibit strong judgment, business acumen, and a proactive approach in addressing complex scheduling, communications, and operational needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
At a minimum, you should have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a government contracting or engineering-focused environment.
- Demonstrated success supporting multiple senior leaders with overlapping priorities and tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in executive support functions, including calendar and travel management, correspondence handling, recordkeeping, and workflow optimization.
- Versatile and resourceful professional, capable of seamlessly transitioning between administrative tasks, project coordination, communication support, and creative contributions.
- Experience in secure, compliance-driven settings with a deep understanding of confidentiality protocols.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to effectively use—or quickly learn—a range of tools and platforms essential for document creation, file and records management, virtual meetings, internal communications, and secure archiving.
- Proven capability operating in multi-time-zone or global organizations, with flexibility to respond to urgent needs beyond standard business hours.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
- Highly organized and self-directed, with superior time management, attention to detail, and an ability to manage competing tasks with poise and efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
You will be highly desirable if you have:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and a strong grasp of visual communication principles to support the creation of high-quality presentations and internal communications.
- Strong event coordination experience, including planning and executing leadership off-sites, internal engagement events, and client-facing activities.

Estimated Pay: $50,000-$70,000
The provided salary range serves as a broad reference. However, Intrepid takes various factors into account when establishing base salary offers, including the position's scope and responsibilities, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and prevailing market conditions.
