YOUR TASKS
• Support Commercial team to grow DHL Express market-share in Time Definite International products, service charges and surcharges
• Conduct market research regularly and provide latest market information / insight for management's review
• Maintain a database for product / service pricing
• Provide support to manager to ensure changes to products, service charges and surcharges are implemented and communicated to all relevant staff and customers in a timely manner
• Assist the management to plan and compile the annual sales revenue budget and monthly reforecast, which includes data collection, situation analysis, assumption and proposed changes
• Prepare sales performance reports to support regular business review
• Provide necessary support (e.g. revenue performance by products, price simulation) to the management for analysis of sales and margin performance of products
• Liaise with research agencies regarding market research studies, and help to follow up on research results
• Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions
YOUR PROFILE
• 4 years' relevant experience, preferably in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies
• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Proficient in English (reading and writing)
