What Will We Do Together?
- Managing all warehouse operations and activities, including administration, achievement of KPIs and financial performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing implementation of the OMS (Operational Management System) and OPM (Organisation Performance Model).
- Strengthen our long-standing partnerships with our key customers by providing fresh insights and solutions, ensuring their continued growth and satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with DHL's global regulations.
- Pro-actively act with the customer to offer support, review budgets and assess warehouse performance to align the operational plan with customer needs and expectations.
- Provide support and resources to your team, fostering developing environment.
- Drive continuous improvement of design, development & managing 200 employee team.
- Set the tone for your leadership team and everyone on the floor, acting as an ambassador for change.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Min. 4 years of experience in managing logistics operations, with knowledge of the manufacturing industry as a strong advantage.
- Ready actively invest in own development with proofed achievements in this area.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams effectively.
- High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken) – B2/C1 level.
- Proven ability to define and deploy strategic plans for the site.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Project management skills and passion for driving change and implementing innovative solutions.
