Leidos’ Defense Systems Manufacturing Sector has an exciting opportunity for a Material Control Analyst to support our Hypersonics Integration Facility located in Huntsville, AL. The candidate must possess a very strong work ethic, impeccable attention to detail, multitasking ability, and provide effective communication supported by a philosophy of continuous improvement and adherence to standardized work processes. This position will perform inventory operations supporting materials audits and material handling.

Primary Responsibilities
Cycle counting.
Stocking/tracking of components.
Fulfilling requests for materials.
Performing inventory actions using corporate accounting software.
Assembling of kits for manufacturing, delivery and pickup of material.
Component serialization/marking.
Supporting materials audits, material handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong personal organizational skills, attention to
detail, and ability to work independently.
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma/GED with at least 1 year of relevant inventory control experience.
Experience using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to work with department leadership to contribute to strategic planning and long-term vision for the stockroom team.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license and sufficient driving record to perform delivery and pickup activities.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to work both independently and in a cohesive team environment.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Must be a US Citizen and must possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret.
Preferred Qualifications
Deltek CostPoint.
Electronic component handling requirements.
ESD Processes & Procedures.
Electronics kitting requirements.
Implementation of Lot and/or Date code tracking.
Implementation of tracking system for parts that are temporarily located at internal or external assembly locations.
Ability to maintain workplace cleanliness with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
