Overview
Sev1Tech is seeking a well-qualified Lifecycle Logistician (Integrated Logistics Specialist) to provide support to PM Tactical Radios and other major components of the organization at the O-6 level.
Performing logistical programmatic activities from the conceptual stage through life cycle sustainment of the fielded products for Product Manager, Tactical Radios (PM TR), the Acquisition Logistician (ILS) will accomplish the following:
Performing logistical programmatic activities from the conceptual stage through life cycle sustainment of the fielded products for Product Manager, Tactical Radios (PM TR), the Acquisition Logistician (ILS) will accomplish the following:
Develops and implements logistics program activities including oversight of technical and logistics documentation, provisioning, materiel fielding plans, supply support, configuration control, etc.
Support the Materiel Release process in accordance with AR 770-3 and DA PAM 770-3. This includes but is not limited to coordinating with stakeholders to obtain Authority to Operate (ATO), Training Suitability Statements, ILSC Supportability Statements, Safety Health and Data Sheet (SHDS), and Software Suitabilty Statement (S4).
Support the Type Classification process in accordance with AR 770-3 and DA PAM 770-3. This includes working through the BOIP process; developing the initial feeder data, obtaining ZLINs, coordinating with CECOM, USAFMSA, and HQDA organizations to get through the ORDAB and ultimately obtain a Standard LIN.
Supports the staffing of acquisition documentation through the respective milestone decision cycle(s). This includes but is not limited to Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Core Depot Assessments (CDA)
Provides technical guidance and acquisition logistics support Product Managers, APM’s and other leads as appropriate
Develop and update Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) and supporting documentation using Army approved systems (SYSPARS)
Analyze, Develop, and Implement Product Support Strategies and identify opportunities to reduce lifecycle Operations and Support costs
Apply (as appropriate) the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support (IPS) to accomplish materiel and system readiness.
Participate in Statement of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) development and update requirements, as well as reviewing contractor product support documentation submissions
Support the development of Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE) and Demilitarization (DEMIL) plans
Establishing government depot maintenance and repair capability
Responsibilities
Minimum five (5) years' relevant experience and understanding in the field of acquisition logistics and sustainment support
Experience providing technical guidance and support on Acquisition Logistics Support to Program Managers
DoD 5000 requirements experience and familiarity with the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support
Experience in applying Army Regulations 770-2, 770-3, and DA PAM 770-3 as well as C5ISR policies and procedures, development and review of logistics support requirements, and their application to the total system
Experience developing and updating Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), supporting documentation and other life cycle logistics documentation
Experience Analyzing, Developing, and Implementing Product Support Strategies and identifying opportunities to reduce lifecycle Operations and Support costs
Knowledge and experience with SOW and CDRL development and update; Review of contractor product support documentation submissions
Understanding of Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) impacts to the development of supportability strategies
Significant experience with the Organizational Requirements Document Approval Briefing (ORDAB) review process, US Army Force Management Support Agency (USAFMSA)/FMS Web for Basis of Issue Feeder Data (BOIPFD) using the FMS Web portal as well as, cQuiP, TC-STD/LIN requirements
Experience supporting the development of Life Cycle Cost Estimates
Knowledge and experience establishing government depot maintenance and repair capability
Experience with Statement of Work development and updates.
Microsoft Office Suite use (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Clearance: Must possess a current active Secret Clearance
Qualifications
Certified Acquisition Professional in Acquisition Logistics
DAWIA Level III Certifications
Six Sigma Training/Certification
Bachelor's degree or greater
