Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while assisting in the preparation of HR and recruitment-related reports.
Maintain and update employee databases, gather and analyze HR data, and contribute to ongoing reporting efforts.
Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire communications and facilitating smooth integration into the company.
Gain hands-on experience in modern recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
Contribute to the execution of key Talent Acquisition initiatives, serving as a dedicated resource to help drive project progress and meet critical deadlines.
Lead onboarding meetings for incoming interns, helping to foster a welcoming and engaging experience from day one.
Develop and deliver advanced reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across HR and partner departments.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources, entering junior or senior year of college
Enrolled at a Metro-Atlanta university (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University)
Available to work a flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, year-round
Ability to commute to our downtown Atlanta office as needed
Genuine interest in social media marketing and employer branding
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, maintaining a positive and adaptable attitude
Self-motivated and energetic, with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
