Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while assisting in the preparation of HR and recruitment-related reports.

  • Maintain and update employee databases, gather and analyze HR data, and contribute to ongoing reporting efforts.

  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire communications and facilitating smooth integration into the company.

  • Assist in employer branding efforts through marketing initiatives, including content development and management of platforms such as the careers website and internship program Instagram page.
  • Gain hands-on experience in modern recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.

  • Contribute to the execution of key Talent Acquisition initiatives, serving as a dedicated resource to help drive project progress and meet critical deadlines.

  • Lead onboarding meetings for incoming interns, helping to foster a welcoming and engaging experience from day one.

  • Develop and deliver advanced reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across HR and partner departments.

  • Create documentation (video or SOPs) around Talent Acquisition processes. 


Qualifications



  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources, entering junior or senior year of college

  • Enrolled at a Metro-Atlanta university (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University)

  • Available to work a flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, year-round

  • Ability to commute to our downtown Atlanta office as needed 

  • Genuine interest in social media marketing and employer branding

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, maintaining a positive and adaptable attitude

  • Self-motivated and energetic, with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
