What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in executive-level administrative support, preferably in HR or a related field

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting needs in a dynamic environment

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the CHRO, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling sensitive correspondence, and preparing reports

  • Serve as a liaison between the CHRO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times

  • Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials

  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CHRO and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems and databases for HR documents, policies, and procedures

  • Oversee office workflow systems, process invoices, manage purchasing and maintenance requests, and monitor supply inventory

  • Assist with onboarding and training for HR administrative staff and CHRO direct reports.

  • Provide backup administrative support across the department as needed and manage scheduling for conference rooms

  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure appropriate access to sensitive systems and data.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree + 5 years of experience with complex office responsibilities.

  • High School Diploma or GED + 7 years of experience with complex office responsibilities.
