Description Overview

  • Provide administrative support to Oral Care sites.

Scope of the Role

  • Visitor Health and Safety: Ensuring PPE is stocked, front desk logistics, auditing of visitor logs
  • Security liaison: Manage badging system for Kentwood site, auditing of camera system with collaboration with Corporate Security
  • Regular administrative duties: Coordinating outgoing and incoming mail, including PO box, meeting support (room setup, food orders), managing Safety Glasses and boot programs, PO processing, special projects from Oral Care leadership
  • Employee & Community Engagement: Head of Engagement Committee, coordinate and run all community engagement events, DE&I spotlight events, plant engagement events
  • Onsite Company store: Manage inventory and operations of the onsite company store
  • Support effective implementation of all GMP requirements and understand how it affects products/processes supported and/or owned.

Experience Required

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to complete tasks promptly and effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with colleagues, visitors, and external partners.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking to enhance processes and event planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to influence without authority at multiple levels within the business.
  • High school diploma required; 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment preferred.
