RS&H is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This position can work remotely, in-office, or with a hybrid approach.
As part of the People team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by developing trusted partnerships and acting as a liaison across the People team and the business; meeting regularly with client group, and, with a deep understanding of the business and HR regulations, providing HR guidance and strategic support to accomplish goals; providing HR policy guidance, interpretation, and consultation; serving as a resource to junior business partners; ensuring high levels of associate engagement within assigned client group to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention; assessing, anticipating, and communicating HR-related needs proactively with our People team and seeking to develop integrated solutions; participating on project implementation teams and offering guidance and action to help with successful results; monitoring and analyzing internal trends to identify training and coaching needs; coaching leaders and advising them on people leadership capabilities; reviewing and resolving complex employee relations issues; providing guidance and input on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning; leading aspects of talent review and planning sessions; and serving as a mentor and providing guidance to more junior staff.
