Qualifications



RS&H is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This position can work remotely, in-office, or with a hybrid approach.

 

As part of the People team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by developing trusted partnerships and acting as a liaison across the People team and the business; meeting regularly with client group, and, with a deep understanding of the business and HR regulations, providing HR guidance and strategic support to accomplish goals; providing HR policy guidance, interpretation, and consultation; serving as a resource to junior business partners; ensuring high levels of associate engagement within assigned client group to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention; assessing, anticipating, and communicating HR-related needs proactively with our People team and seeking to develop integrated solutions; participating on project implementation teams and offering guidance and action to help with successful results; monitoring and analyzing internal trends to identify training and coaching needs; coaching leaders and advising them on people leadership capabilities; reviewing and resolving complex employee relations issues; providing guidance and input on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning; leading aspects of talent review and planning sessions; and serving as a mentor and providing guidance to more junior staff.

 

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field and seven years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. HR professional certification is preferred, as is industry experience.
  • Have experience resolving complex employee relations issues and analyzing and drawing actionable insights from raw information and data. 
  • Have advanced skills in the full Microsoft Office Suite. UKG and Deltek Vision experience is preferred.
  • Possess proven ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of associates and leaders as a trusted advisor and confidant, influence individuals at all levels of the organization, provide counseling and coaching to leaders and associates, and think holistically, problem solve, and lead conflict resolution.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload with shifting priorities.
  • Have the ability to take initiative, follow through, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and understand people in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Possess solid analytical, decision-making, researching, and organizational capabilities.
