Position Title: IT Technician

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, variable hours between 7:00am to 3:30pm (Do not abbreviate)

Salary: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Installs, tests, and services a variety of computer software, hardware, as well as other peripheral equipment related to information technology. Gathers and maintains inventory of IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, and printers. Provides helpdesk support and technical assistance to system users, escalating issues as necessary.
· Setup users for Domain and email.
· Stage computers and laptops for VA Service and Research network and domain.
· Monitor and troubleshoot tickets in helpdesk.
· Help with inventory and excessing equipment.
· Update inventory changes that occur with computer moves and network changes
· Equipment excesses and onboarding.
One Year certificate from college or technical school AND at least 1 year of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
