We’re searching for a Chicago-based Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to join our Finance team, so that we can enhance cross-functional budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making across the company. The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A will serve as a strategic finance partner to corporate functions and drive financial planning processes to support executive decisions, investment strategies, and our long-term transformation goals.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Own financial planning and analysis for HR, Marketing, and other corporate teams to support strategic investment decisions

  • Build and maintain models in Excel and SAP Analytics Cloud in order to enable accurate forecasting and monthly variance analysis

  • Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to deliver timely and reliable consolidated reporting

  • Prepare executive-ready materials to support board reporting and leadership presentations

  • Partner with functional leaders to align budgets and resources with organizational priorities

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment

  • Proven success in supporting executive leaders and driving financial planning for multiple business units

  • In-depth knowledge on how to build scalable forecasting and budgeting processes using tools like Excel, SAP Analytics Cloud/BPC, and NetSuite

  • Ability to commute to Chicago on a hybrid basis, with in-office collaboration as needed

  • Sincere interest in helping drive financial strategy that enables safer healthcare around the world

  • A knack for working collaboratively and independently within a fast-paced, evolving, and global environment
