Role Purpose:
The IT Implementation Business Partner will take a leading role in delivering all key strategic IT solutions focused on acquiring new clients, as well as supporting key organic growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the IT implementation for new projects in the EMEA region;
  • Driving standardization of IT/business delivery processes to enable faster and more efficient project execution within the company;
  • Managing the implementation team to support project deployments and ensure the delivery of scope, time, and budget targets;
  • Providing strategic IT leadership/thinking when working with new clients to drive digital innovation;
  • Supporting the improvement of systems and processes through integrated IT solutions by gathering requirements, selecting vendors, and delivering potential solutions to the business;
  • Supporting the regional IT business partner and ensuring that all IT services are delivered in line with the operational and IT scope of projects and ongoing operations;
  • Coordinating with IT vendors and project managers to ensure scope, budget, and timeline adherence;
  • Leading the execution of IT project and solution validation in collaboration with IT project managers;
  • Collaborating with internal and external clients to deliver robust IT solutions that align with both corporate and business unit strategies;
  • Supporting and managing all aspects of change and release management using predefined tools and processes for IT systems within the area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT domain;
  • Knowledge of key logistics IT solutions including Oracle Transport Management (OTM) and carrier integration/aggregation solutions as well as a good understanding of systems integration principles and delivery;
  • Knowledge of the logistics industry including transport, warehousing, inventory management;
  • Proven ability to manage complex, strategic projects involving multiple stakeholders;
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and build business relationships with top management;
  • Experience in managing a team at the middle management level – preferred;
  • Experience in change management using recognized methodologies and tools (e.g., ITIL, CAB);
  • Financial and commercial awareness, including understanding the operational cost and budget implications of IT decisions;
  • Experience in vendor management, including monitoring SLAs and building relationships with external partners.
