We’re searching for a U.S.-based Product Owner to join our Life Sciences Product Management team, so that we can expertly fulfil the needs of customers with our products. The Product Owner will play a critical role by taking over a product from end to end to ensure the product vision and development results in the desired outcome.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Own a product in its entirety by creating concise and accurate requirements to ensure the product roadmap and features guarantee the product vision and customer’s needs are met
Be the overall point of knowledge for a product by understanding its features and limitations in order to create a story of maintained value
Dive into the different user personas to truly understand how customers utilize our product
Act as primary point of contact for scrum teams in order to clarify requirements, manage issues, and agree on solutions
Work with relevant internal stakeholders while understanding the technical architecture of a product to confirm that the solution and features are performant to the customer needs
Prioritize feature backlog and adapt the feature investment in order to meet demand
Manage the product defect backlog by categorizing priorities to succeed in making the greatest impact
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
Experience in Computer Science, Business Management, Data Science, or a related field to exhibit a keen understanding of software and technology
A knack for translating and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while also being able to interpret customer needs into technical solutions
Ability to managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Keen interest in overseeing a product strategy from the details to a high-level to ensure the intended outcome of the software delivery process is met
In-depth analytical knowledge in Life Science Government Reporting and/or Revenue Management is a plus
Know-how in working with Scrum methodologies, building AI/ML products and owning projects in an agile organization is a plus
