Position Summary:
As the Strategic Long-Range Planner, you will architect and maintain comprehensive, multi?phase life-cycle plans for GREEN FLAG and allied joint rotations (NTC, JRTC). Your forward?looking schedules will guide RSOI, training, execution, and regeneration phases, ensuring all exercise components align with strategic objectives and resource constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain integrated long-range plans addressing RSOI, training, and regeneration cycles.
- Coordinate MAAP drafts, weekly SPINS updates, and Airspace Operations Directive (AOD) production.
- Collaborate with program managers on budget submissions and accreditation documentation.
- Track schedule adherence; recommend course corrections based on changing requirements.
- Serve as SME for JELC processes and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Studies, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ joint exercise planning experience.
- Familiarity with JELC, AOC/ASOC emulation, and accreditation standards.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and project?management skills.
