The Fulfillment Specialist - HST / Clinical Administrative Assistant is a fully onsite role with responsibilities for both HST Fulfillment and Clinical Administrative duties. Time is split 50/50 between Fulfillment and Clinical duties. The position is responsible for setting up home sleep study equipment and CPAP equipment and accurately shipping to patients as well as cleaning, preparing, inventorying, and stocking HST and PAP equipment. In this role, the incumbent will assist patients over the phone and occasionally in person. The expectation of this position is to provide a first-class patient experience, with every patient interaction.Â

Qualifications & Skills
Â
HS, GED or equivalent required. Prior experience in medical equipment cleaning and handling is preferred. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and neat in personal and habits. Working knowledge of Spanish language is helpful, but not required.Â

$18.00 - $21.00 / hour DOE
