Job Overview

The Sr. Reporting Developer is responsible for the Architecture, design, development, and implementation of solutions to support AltaMed initiatives for data and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will be capable of combining their knowledge of technology, development experience to build, deliver & maintain effective, accurate, and timely reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. Manage designs and constructs of our enterprise-wide reporting and analytics architecture to support all the lines of business decision-making. Responsible for overall reporting architecture strategy and day-to-day delivery of report solution. Focus on enhancing our data and analytics platform to meet the evolving and complex data needs for our business and products. Responsibilities will also include building policies, standards, processes & best practices. Lead, develop, strategize & execute holistic reporting solutions that will make it easier to manage and deliver information.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems/computer science (or equivalent) required.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with business intelligence, Reporting, and analytics, and technologies such as Tableau required.

  • Minimum of 4 years of healthcare knowledge/background is a plus.

  • Experience in Reporting and BI architecture with Tableau.

  • Experienced in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for reporting.

  • Experience with healthcare data and interfacing with business SME to set up healthcare analytics programs & solutions.

  • Experience in managing reporting and analytics tech resources to deliver an enterprise business intelligence & reporting solution.

Compensation

$116,695.71 - $145,869.65 annually

The range is subject to change. AltaMed is committed to ensuring a fair and competitive compensation package that reflects the candidate's value and the role's strategic importance within the organization.
