Pay: $25.50â?¯â??â?¯$30.00 per hour + weekly performance bonus + overtime

What You Will Do
Complete daily work order tasks
Turn vacant units: drywall repair, paint, trim, etc.
Fix plumbing issues: faucets, toilets, drains, etc.
Handle light electrical: outlets, switches, lighting
Perform boiler & fireâ??safety checks
Keep shop and worksites safe, clean, and stocked
Onâ??call: 1-paid week every 10â??12â?¯ weeks at overtime pay rate

What You Need
1â?¯year of apartment, hotel, facility maintenance, or related field experience
Solid skills with common hand and power tools
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Able to lift 50â?¯lbs, use ladders, and work some weekends/onâ??call shifts

Schedule
Mondayâ??Friday day shift (8â?¯hrs)
Onâ??call: 1 week every 10â??12â?¯weeks
Overtime when needed
