Responsibilities

DSC Vendors

  • Accurate and on time payment
  • DPO monitoring Local & Regional Management
  • Compliance with corporate accounting guidelines and local SOPs

External Auditors & Consultants

  • Preparation of statutory financial statements in line with local GAAP
  • Accurate and timely tax payment and reporting in line with local tax regulation
  • Explain business processes and control in accounting department

DSC Operation Team

  • Capex vs operating lease analysis
  • Capex controlling as per approved BCA
  • Asset management in line with the capex policy and procedures

 

  • Grey area and rapid changes of local tax regulation requires a well-managed tax planning and regular updates for finance and operation team to ensure full compliance and avoid potential penalty
  • Significant inter-company transactions need to be carefully documented and supported by a comprehensive analysis
  • Liaise with external auditors and consultants to ensure accurate and timely provision of financial statements for internal and external use
  • Participate in the evaluation of business expansion programs and assist in the review of Capex proposals (acquisition, addition, disposal and depreciation
  • Implementation of audit recommendations from external and internal auditors as well as compliance with all global and regional policies and procedures
  • Development of service excellent culture for external and internal customers in a cost-conscious framework
  • Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.
  • Plan and organize an effective functional department.
  • Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
  • Conduct performance appraisal.
  • Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.

 

Requirements

  • Having solid knowledge and understanding on Accounting principals
  • Familiar with Indonesian GAAP and local Tax regulations
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position and or public accountant
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
