DHL Supply Chain is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead operations at one of the largest warehouses in the EMEA region, dedicated to a popular international toy building brand. As a Site Manager, you will be fully responsible for the operational and financial success of the site.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a safe, efficient, and profitable site.
• Aligning and training Operations Managers on their roles and responsibilities.
• Managing time and data effectively.
• Monitoring operational performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Forecasting volume with customers and planning resources monthly.
• Tracking site performance, attendance, and overtime costs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are up to date and accessible.
• Engaging in process standardization initiatives with the leadership team.
• Conducting performance reviews with customers against KPIs.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability.
• Acting as the primary contact for customer site operations, fostering strong relationships.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak.
• Previous experience in managing an Operations/Warehouse.
• Capability of defining and deploying strategic plan for the site.
• Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Leadership skills, experience in managing several reporting layers below.
• Building and maintaining customer relationship.
• Good balance of Results oriented and respectful leadership approach.
• Ability to lead change processes.
• Experience in managing P&L.
