The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

- Comprehensive understanding of DoD acquisition and the Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, to include Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions; requirements development; strategic planning; configuration management

- Working knowledge of the automated financial systems (i.e., General Funds Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS)); digital transformation and change management

- Skilled in project management with an ability to manage, track, and report multiple complex projects simultaneously; resolve issues effectively; and prioritize and complete tasks on time

- Exceptional stakeholder collaboration and communication, both verbally and in writing, to support collaboration and assist in informing decision-making

- Expertise in meeting coordination and documentation (agenda, briefing, minutes, actions)

- Proficiency in MS Office, document staffing

- Comprehensive experience in portfolio analysis and execution, to include new start programs; coordinating and integrating program requirements and assessments

- Experience analyzing and providing recommendations on budget plans and funding execution

- Proficient in tracking and reporting program/project status (cost, schedule, performance) via recurring reports, internal and external taskers, meetings, and briefings to Senior Leaders

- Skilled in the development, analysis, and update of policy and technical management processes; as well as oversight of policy and process compliance

- Experience working with and integrating use of digital tools and processes to enhance efficiency in daily operations

- Demonstrated experience analyzing and reporting impact of documents, briefings, policies

- Experience in contract management, including pre- (i.e., technical proposal evaluations)

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

- Secret Clearance, prior experience with JPEO-CBRND desired
