This is a hybrid position located in Washington, D.C.
NCC is seeking an HR Generalist/Senior HR Generalist to lead the daily functions of the Human Resources department. This includes benefits, leave, explaining and enforcing company policies and practices, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is strong in employee relations, assuring compliance, implementation of HR technology solutions, risk mitigation, and has a strategic concept to assist in guiding the business. This is a great opportunity to solidify HR knowledge and skills and provides the opportunity to grow their career within the HR industry.

Travel: As the company continues to grow and expand, some travel will be required to new and various work locations; expected to be less than 15%.
