SUMMARY:
The Product Imaging & Graphic Content Specialist will be a creative, detail-driven, and highly skilled individual to lead the development and execution of all product imagery and supporting content/ graphic needs. This critical role will directly support our products presence across e-commerce, digital platforms, and customer-facing materials by ensuring every image tells a story of quality, clarity, and consistency.
This individual will own the entire product image lifecycle—from photography to final post-production—while applying deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite to enhance visual appeal and maintain brand alignment. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and content teams to produce assets that meet e-commerce best practices and drive customer engagement.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Mastery in the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photo) is required. Ability to work with programming scripts including, XML and HTML. Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript with a deep understanding of UX/UI. Detailed knowledge of digital marketing tools, such as email marketing, marketing automation, and social media is required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Capable of effectively presenting a range of information to a variety of people. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, campaign details, press releases and/or email copy to headquarters personnel, field sales team, customers and general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, margin and percentages. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:
REASONING ABILITY:
Use intuition to make decisions with limited guidance or a standardized process. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited normalization exists. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage projects.

The employee is occasionally required to lift to 10 lbs. in managing equipment needed for training sessions. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
